Functionalities

Dashboard

Dashboards provide a centralized and real-time view of all projects deadlines that makes clear who is responsible for each task.  The dashboard is specific to level of responsibility and comes with their key performance indicators to help monitoring progress, following issues, mitigating risks and  executing corrective actions  and making right decisions!  


Organization management

CUST Project is very flexible to fit to your specific Company organization : a small structure or a coporate with divisions. You can personalize : 

> Corporate > Division > Company > Department

> Domain & Sub-Domain

> Action (Tasks) Types

> Risk Types

Roles

Users credentials are based on roles defining their level of responsibility :

> Employee

> Advanced Employee

> Department Manager or Project Manager

> Company Manager

> Corporate Manager.


Request-Ideas

This optional feature allows you to make a request that can become a project.


Projects

This is the product's main functionality. Projects can be based on Requests-Ideas.

A project can :

- belong to a department of a company

- be shared  in a collaborative way with :

> persons from other departments

> other departments.


Lots

This feature allows you to organize your project according to the simplified Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) method.

Project > Lot > Action.

By using a WBS within a project management tool, teams can stay organized, focused, and aligned with project goals while making it easier for stakeholders to understand the project's progress and scope.


Project Actions

Used to manage project actions. Each action can be associated with a lot.


Independant Actions

These are actions outside the scope of a department's project activity. These are actions whose duration does not allow them to be managed as projects. They are therefore managed in a simplified way.


Actions Plans

The Action Plan is used to manage the actions linked to a Risk identified in a project. One or more Action Plans can be created for a single project.


Risks

This functionality permits to manage an identified Risk in a project. It can be the subject of an Action Plan if the Risk is high or sufficiently complex.


Issues

Permits to manage problems identified in a project.


Memos

This is the individual workspace. Here, the user can manage personal tasks/reminders to which no-one else has access.


Archives

Allows to consult archived projects.


Info Request

Allows to quickly send a request for information to a person who will be informed via a notification.


CheckPoints

The CheckPoint enables you to:

> assess project progress (tasks completed, delays, adherence to budget)

> identify risks and potential problemsmake decisions (adjustments, corrections, resource reallocations)

> ensure communication between stakeholders.Declare progress in %, which is used as data for the Timeline display.


Timeline

Progress and status reported via Checkpoints is shown graphically.


Project related documents

Project related documentation is a key functionality. It allows all project documentation to be stored in one place for the long term. For example: Quotation, Specifications, meeting minutes ... 

They can have a maximum size of 20 MB and type: .pdf, .doc, .docx, xls, xlsx, .rtf, .ppt, .pptx, .jpeg, .png


Query Builder & Report Generator

A user-friendly report generation module is provided to allow users to create and save in seconds,  advanced reports without requiring technical skills!  Teams can export data or generate well designed pdf reports and share them, ensuring consistency in data retrieval and reporting.  It saves a lot of time.

Quick access to filtered  and aggregated data helps in performing real-time analysis,  which is crucial for timely decision-making for the management.
