Used to manage project actions. Each action can be associated with a lot.
These are actions outside the scope of a department's project activity. These are actions whose duration does not allow them to be managed as projects. They are therefore managed in a simplified way.
The Action Plan is used to manage the actions linked to a Risk identified in a project. One or more Action Plans can be created for a single project.
This functionality permits to manage an identified Risk in a project. It can be the subject of an Action Plan if the Risk is high or sufficiently complex.
Permits to manage problems identified in a project.
This is the individual workspace. Here, the user can manage personal tasks/reminders to which no-one else has access.
Allows to consult archived projects.
Allows to quickly send a request for information to a person who will be informed via a notification.
The CheckPoint enables you to:

They can have a maximum size of 20 MB and type: .pdf, .doc, .docx, xls, xlsx, .rtf, .ppt, .pptx, .jpeg, .png
A user-friendly report generation module is provided to allow users to create and save in seconds, advanced reports without requiring technical skills! Teams can export data or generate well designed pdf reports and share them, ensuring consistency in data retrieval and reporting. It saves a lot of time.
Quick access to filtered and aggregated data helps in performing real-time analysis, which is crucial for timely decision-making for the management.
