Software General Terms of Use (GTU)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using this software, you agree to the following general terms of use (GTU). If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the software.

2. License of Use
"CUST Project" software author is Shoab KHAN.
The software is provided as freeware, meaning it is free of charge but remains the exclusive property of the software author. You are permitted to: download, install, and use the software on devices of the the legal structure you declare while you submit the software obtention request. Use the software for personal or professional purposes, subject to any limitations set by the author.

3. Usage Restrictions
You are prohibited from:
- Modifying, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to reverse engineer the software’s source code. Distributing, renting, lending, selling, or sublicensing the software to third parties. 
- Using the software for unlawful purposes or any purposes that violate the laws of your country. Using the software for commercial purposes, unless explicitly allowed or a commercial license has been acquired.

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the software (including code, user interfaces, documentation, images, logos, etc.) are owned by the software author. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you through these GTU.

5. Data Collection and Processing
The software may collect certain technical data related to your usage (such as usage statistics, system information) for the purpose of improving the software. No personal data will be collected without your explicit consent.

6. Updates
The author may provide updates or patches to improve the performance or security of the software. These updates may be automatic or require manual intervention. Users are encouraged to install updates to ensure optimal software functionality.

The freeware does not include technical support. If support is offered, it may be limited and provided through online documentation or community forums.

The user may terminate these GTU at any time by uninstalling and discontinuing use of the software. The author reserves the right to terminate your license if you fail to comply with these GTU.

11. Changes to the GTU
The author reserves the right to modify the GTU at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes and must accept the new terms to continue using the software.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country (France), and any disputes related to these GTU will be resolved in accordance with those laws and General Terms of Use (GTU) and the application area will be the residence of Author.
